Sandra HINDMAN, owner of the
gallery in Paris and of LES ENLUMINURES, LTD., in Chicago
divides her time between the two cities. Expert in manuscript
illumination, Sandra Hindman holds a Ph.D. in the History
of Art and has written many books on the subject of illuminated
manuscripts. She is Professor Emerita of Art History at Northwestern
University, where she occasionally gives courses. |

Ariane BERGERON-FOOTE, has worked
as a documentalist for LES ENLUMINURES since 1998; she has
since completed coursework and defended her thesis at l'Ecole
des chartes (Paris) in March 2002, earning the degree of Archiviste-paleographe
(Diplome d'Archiviste-paleographe). She is currently enrolled
as a PhD student at l'Ecole pratique des hautes etudes (E.P.H.E)
in History of the Book. She is responsible for researching
and describing manuscripts. |

Ismini ANEMOGIANNI, attended the University of Athens where she studied in
the Department of History and Archeology, graduating in 2004. She went on
to receive two Masters II in contemporary art at the Sorbonne in 2006 and
2007. She was an intern at the Benaki Museum and Deste Foundation in
Athens, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, and she worked at the Macba of
Barcelona. She directs the gallery in Paris. |

Gaia GRIZZI, received her university degree in 2005 in Parma, Italy, where she specialized in medieval iconography. She subsequently attained a Masters II at the Ecole du Louvre in Museology, submitting a thesis on medieval manuscripts, and she joined Les Enluminures in 2007. She is now the Office Manager. |

Perrine CHUPIN, studied Art History at the University of Paris X - Nanterre,
where she wrote a thesis on the sculpture of the Cathedral of Angers.
Following an internship in London in the Department of Medieval Art at the
Victoria and Albert Museum, she entered the Master II program in “Marché de
l’art” at the Ecole du Louvre, where she is writing her thesis on art in
France around 1500. She is an Intern in the Paris office of Les
Enluminures.

Miriam EX,
who has many years of experience in diverse businesses is
the business manager of LES ENLUMINURES, LTD., in Chicago
and she has managed the Chicago office since 1998, where she oversees all financial
matters, as well as many other things of a practical nature.

Keegan GOEPFERT serves as assistant
in the Chicago office of Les Enluminures, LTD. In 2005, he
graduated from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois,
with a B.A. degree in the History of Art, and in November
2005, he joined the Les Enluminures team. His responsibilities
include shipping, stock maintenance, the preparation of art
fairs, publicity, and many other practical matters. He also
creates visual art and music in Chicago. |

Muriel LUZOT joined Les Enluminures
in 1994. Holding a Master of Arts in Art History from the
Courtauld Institute and a DEA from the Sorbonne, she worked
as documentalist, in charge of publications, translations,
design and maintenance of the web site until October 2001 when
she moved to Germany. She is now working as a free-lance web
designer and is still responsible for the Les Enluminures
web site. |
